Monday 22nd April 2024: Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre visit

Dear Resident,

On Monday, April 22nd, the Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre will be visiting Sevenoaks to engage with local businesses about cybercrime and online fraud. Representatives from the ECRC, along with myself and other police staff will be in attendance to provide insights into local concerns and foster open dialogue.

About The Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre

The Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre (ECRC) is a policing-led, not for profit, membership organisation that is a part of a national network of centres, established by the Home Office to help small and medium organisations tackle the rising threat of cyber-attacks.

They operate across Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire.

The engagement will begin at 10am and conclude around lunchtime, involving a walk around the local area to raise awareness and facilitate important conversations.

If you are a business in Sevenoaks town centre and would specifically welcome a visit please let me know at your earliest convenience by reply to this message.
