Dear Residents.

We are aware of the issues that some people are facing in Paddock Wood and I want to say that there is a lot of work going into solving these issues. As your beat officer I am personally looking into the incidents that have been reported, and urge anyone that might have information, video footage, or CCTV to come forward to Kent Police.

Thanks to very useful information that was provided to us, PC Bishop and I stopped, detained and searched three youths that were believed to be in possession of catapults. Out of these three youths, two were found in possession of catapults as well as metal ball bearings. I will continue to look into these incidents and look to proactively deal with any offences.
