Burglary - Asda Main Store, Swanley Centre.

Dear, Resident

In the evening of Sunday 12th January 2025 the Asda Main store, Swanley Centre suffered a burglary whereby 2 males entered the warehouse via a secure door, an area where members of the public are not allowed to access, this is a staff only area, selected and stole alcohol to the value of £1,296. Your local neighbourhood police officers (PC 15621 SHIPLEY and PC 14676 COLLINS) attended the store on Monday 13th January 2025 and took all the details for the crime report, receipt, statements and collected the CCTV, and then along with other policing teams (CSU, NTF and LPT) were able to identify the two male offenders and as a result both males have since been arrested.

One male is due to receive a conditional caution whilst the other male has been remanded to custody and will await his day in court for this offence and others.
