Nuisance bikes

Yesterday two persons were stopped riding a dirt bike and electric bike at speed down a pavement in High Street Swanley.

They were both issued with s59s and both bikes were seized. 

Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 refers to vehicles being used in a manner which causes alarm, distress or annoyance. 

 

There has been numerous reports in Swanley regarding nuisance bikes please continue to report.
