Good Morning, 

I am your local beat officer for Rochester West, predominantly Borstal however I cover the whole for Rochester West. I am looking to host a surgery every month, has anyone got any suggestions of where this would be best. I have looked into the cricket club and the village hall but would like to know your thoughts. 

I am also happy to do more informal surgeries such as coffee mornings if this would be your preference. 

I am aware of some of the issues we are facing but If there is anything that you wish to speak about please report so I can chase these up.
