Good morning, 

Whilst on patrol in Dover town centre on Sunday evening, I observed a black Honda motorcycle riding in an antisocial manner. I then realised that the rear registration plate had been folded up and could not be seen. I stopped the vehicle and established that the rider was driving otherwise than in accordance with his driving licence. 

The rider was reported for the above offences and the motorcycle seized by police. Myself and my colleagues proactively patrol the district in both marked and unmarked police vehicles. We regularly stop and seize motor vehicles for various offences with a view to make our roads a safer place.
