||
Good morning Resident,
I'd like to make you aware of an upcoming Section 34 Anti-Social Behaviour Dispersal Order that will be in place in Eynsford this weekend. The order will be in place today Friday 11th July 1700- Sunday 13th July 1700 in the area of the below map.
Under Section 34 of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act, officers can use the additional powers to instruct people to leave the area and anyone who returns after being dispersed risks being arrested. Officers have been assigned to patrol the area over the weekend and parking enforcement will also be in attendance to assist.
WHAT IS ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR ? Antisocial behaviour is defined as 'behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to persons not of the same household as the person' (Antisocial Behaviour Act 2003 and Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011).
