Suspect Arrest for Arson

Dear All,

I would like to inform you all that a male was arrested yesterday afternoon, (28/08/2025) for Arson which is linked to the fire that occurred at Get Ready Comics, ROCHESTER HIGH STREET. 

Medway Community Safety Unit and the Victim Based Crime Team at Medway, worked tirelessly to identify the male, locate him and deal with him effectively in custody. This male has now been charged with Arson and is remanded to court.

I would like to thank the community for their support and engagement with the police in relation to this matter.
