Sevenoaks Town - Community Update – Change of Role

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding my role within the Sevenoaks policing team. I will no longer be the designated Beat Officer for the following wards:

YC11 Sevenoaks Town and St Johns

YC12 Sevenoaks Kippington

YC14 Sevenoaks Northern

YC15 Sevenoaks Eastern

YC28 Seal and Weald

I have now taken on a new position as the Sevenoaks Town Neighbourhood Task Force Officer, dedicated solely to addressing issues within Sevenoaks town centre.

My initial focus will be part of a “Winter of Action” plan, which will concentrate on:

Retail Crime: Tackling theft, abuse of retail workers and organised criminality, with a strong focus on prolific offenders and partnership working with retailers.

Street Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour: Maintaining visible patrols, using enforcement and prevention to address persistent issues.

VAWG: Initiatives focusing on preventing Violence against women and girls.

I look forward to working more closely with local businesses, residents, and partners to make Sevenoaks a safer place for everyone.
