No Tax, No Car.

Thats two in as many days for Beat Officers. Whilst out this afternoon, we have followed up on complaints of an abandoned vehicle in Church View, Biddenden. 

The vehicle was found insecure and clearly left abandoned, suspected to be by previous residents at the location. Where the vehicle was shown to be Notified Off-Road but left still on the roadside, we were able to seize the vehicle using DVLA powers. As a reminder, all vehicles shown as SORN or Notified Off-Road, need to be kept off-road.

This will now be for the DVLA and vehicle owner to make arrangements about any unpaid fees whilst the vehicle remains with the Recovery Agent.
