Attempt Burglary- Otford High Street

Good afternoon Resident,

I'd like to make you aware of an Attempt Burglary/ Suspicious incidents in the area of Otford. 

1st Incident : Thursday 26th March 14:20 , Saxon Close, Otford

2 males claiming to be housing association/guttering cleaners found looking in the garden of a property before being challenged by an occupant.

Description:

2 white males, one middle aged male, average build and height, short dark hair, wearing a hoodie with a grey body warmer, shorts, black shoes. The other shorter in height, slim build, wearing a baseball cap, dark/khaki coloured jacket, black trousers, dark trainers

2nd Incident-  Friday 27th March 2026 16:00, High Street ,Otford

1 male entered a residents garden through gates , he then entered a residential property at the rear before being spotted and challenged by occupants claiming to be fixing a nearby maintenance problem

Description:

White males, 30s , 5ft8, dark hair, some facial hair, thin face, small build. He was wearing a black quilted coat, black trousers and socks tucked into dark trainer shoes.

3rd Incident- Friday 27th March 2026 17:13, Telston Lane, Otford

1 male sighted on CCTV looking at a property and a vehicle parked on a driveway.

Description:

White male, black hat, black quilted coat, black trousers
