Badly parked car with no vehicle tax now gone

A bad parked silver Audi on Church Road, Kennington was reported to police as causing an obstruction to other road users, especially at school pick up time when this location is at its busiest.  It turned out to be a SORN vehicle and therefore without any Vehicle Excise Licence in place (also known as road tax), it was seized and removed from the road.  If it had been parked well, they might have got away with it, but it attracted attention from some unhappy motorist scrapping their alloys to get through, and this is how it turned out - taken away!
