On Foot in the Hours of Darkness 🌙

More can be seen, heard and discovered on foot than from inside a vehicle - and that remains just as true during the hours of darkness.

That’s why, whenever possible, I’ve been carrying out foot patrols not only during the day but late into the hours of darkness as well. These patrols give us a better opportunity to spot anything out of the ordinary and provide a presence when it matters most.
