🚔 Appeal for Information - E-Bikes 🚔

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to identify two e-bike riders who have been seen around Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre and the wider Hempstead & Wigmore area riding dangerously, including doing wheelies on roads and near members of the public.

👀 Do you know who they are?
📹 Have you got CCTV, Ring doorbell or dashcam footage?

Please get in touch if you have any information.

I'd also ask parents and guardians to check whether their children are using e-bikes. Many modified e-bikes are not legal to ride in public and may require insurance, a licence and other legal requirements.
