Offline at Last: Online Stalker Arrested

I would like to update you on some positive work recently undertaken by your local Neighbourhood Policing Team. 

Last night, Rochester officers have successfully arrested an outstanding offender who has used their Online Platform to Harass and Salk victims. Following a determined investigation and targeted enquiries the male can no longer hide behind screens but rather behind bars!
