Road Traffic Offences

Road Traffic Offences

Good afternoon,

This afternoon, myself and my colleague PC Eyre-Jackson were on patrol in the rural areas of the Dover District. Whilst in Aylesham, we located a motorcycle being ridden without a valid driving licence and insurance. The vehicle was also SORN. The rider was reported for traffic offences and the motorcycle seized by police.

Following this, we stopped another vehicle between Aylesham and Wingham, and established that the male driver did not hold any insurance for the car. He was reported for this offence.

As part of Dover's Neighbourhood Policing Team, we are out in our communities as often as possible, proactively dealing with those not complying with road traffic laws.
