Ebbsfleet
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.
Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive
Neighbourhood policing is a key part of Kent Police’s commitment to being community-focused, visible, and responsive.
Report crime
Please do not contact neighbourhood officers to report crime.
If it's not an emergency, the easiest way to contact us is online. Your report will be sent direct to our control room where it will be reviewed by the same team who answer our calls.

Antisocial behaviour. Issued 08 October 2025 |
We held 'coffee with a cop' sessions and local surgeries, giving residents the chance to meet their beat officer, receive updates and get safety advice. Officers also carried out high‑visibility and plain‑clothes patrols, which helped identify persistent offenders and led to sanctions being issued under the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. We continue to work closely with local stakeholders to reduce opportunities for antisocial behaviour. Actioned 19 January 2026 |

Vehicle crime. Issued 08 October 2025 |
Officers have provided safety advice on how to avoid vehicle crime during their surgeries. We have also worked with the Ebbsfleet Development Group and the management company to ensure all street lighting is working and that the promised security measures are in place, available and operating correctly. As a team, we have increased uniformed patrols around the estate. Actioned 19 January 2026 |

Nuisance motorcycles. Issued 08 October 2025 |
Officers have worked hard to engage with local landowners and stakeholders, encouraging them to support our efforts to tackle nuisance motorcycles. As a result, new and stronger metal fencing and gates have been installed in areas frequently used by riders. Several bikes have been seized and Traffic Offence Reports have been issued. Further work is ongoing to identify additional riders and the locations where their bikes are being stored. Any vans or lorries identified as used to transport bikes to the area are also being targeted. Actioned 19 January 2026 |
