Cage Green & Angel
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.
Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive
Neighbourhood policing is a key part of Kent Police’s commitment to being community-focused, visible, and responsive.
Report crime
Please do not contact neighbourhood officers to report crime.
If it's not an emergency, the easiest way to contact us is online. Your report will be sent direct to our control room where it will be reviewed by the same team who answer our calls.

ASB - General. Issued 09 October 2025 |
We’ve increased patrols and carried out checks in known problem areas whenever resources have allowed. Recent action has included removing an individual involved in antisocial behaviour and carrying out several stop and searches that led to the seizure of illegal items. These steps form part of our ongoing work to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour in the area and keep the community safe. Actioned 14 January 2026 |

Dog fouling. Issued 09 October 2025 |
Dog fouling is mainly dealt with by the local council. However, if officers see someone failing to clean up after their dog, they can issue a ticket for breaching the Public Space Protection Order that covers the Tonbridge and Malling district. Actioned 14 January 2026 |

Road safety issues. Issued 09 October 2025 |
We have been focusing on improving road safety in the area. Officers carried out speed checks on Yardley Park Road and stopped several drivers for different offences, including using a mobile phone while driving, having no valid driving licence or insurance, and driving without a valid Ministry of Transport test. We will continue to take firm and timely action to keep our roads safe for everyone. Actioned 14 January 2026 |
