Paddock Wood
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.
Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive
Neighbourhood policing is a key part of Kent Police’s commitment to being community-focused, visible, and responsive.
Report crime
Please do not contact neighbourhood officers to report crime.
If it's not an emergency, the easiest way to contact us is online. Your report will be sent direct to our control room where it will be reviewed by the same team who answer our calls.

Local Priority Issues

Antisocial behaviour - nuisance. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Officers have been working hard to reduce antisocial behaviour in the area. They have targeted problem behaviour, supported local businesses and given guidance on how to deal with issues as they arise. This work has led to several arrests and the issuing of Acceptable Behaviour Agreements to people involved in various incidents, including catapulting, nuisance vehicles and public order issues. An Acceptable Behaviour Agreement is a written agreement that sets out what behaviour must stop and what is expected from the individual to prevent further problems. We encourage the public to keep reporting these matters so we can continue to take action. Actioned 26 January 2026 |

E-bikes. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Officers continue to monitor concerns about the use of e‑bikes. We have provided advice and education to help people understand how to use them safely and within the law. We will keep monitoring the situation and will take action to resolve issues where we can. Actioned 26 January 2026 |

Road safety. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Officers continue to work hard to improve road safety in the area. Speed checks have been carried out with positive results, and drivers have been given advice about their driving or issued sanctions where needed. We will keep focusing on road safety and taking action to address any issues that are identified. Actioned 26 January 2026 |
