Cranbrook, Sissinghurst & Frittenden
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is made up of Kent Police beat officers who are dedicated to keeping your community safe. They focus on preventing crime and antisocial behaviour, responding to local concerns, and building strong relationships with residents, community groups and local businesses.
Our officers will:
patrol to deter crime and reassure the public
hold regular engagement activities in the area, including attending community meetings to share advice and listen to concerns
work with partner agencies including councils, schools, charities, and local groups
tackle issues like antisocial behaviour, repeat offending, and vulnerability
build trust by being visible, approachable, and responsive
Neighbourhood policing is a key part of Kent Police’s commitment to being community-focused, visible, and responsive.
Report crime
Please do not contact neighbourhood officers to report crime.
If it's not an emergency, the easiest way to contact us is online. Your report will be sent direct to our control room where it will be reviewed by the same team who answer our calls.

Road safety. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Our beat officers and Police Community Support Officers have carried out several speed checks in the area. Their high‑visibility presence has been very effective in reminding drivers to watch their speed. A number of vehicles were stopped, and drivers were given advice where needed. We are continuing to focus on speeding in our rural communities, and we will keep carrying out this work while monitoring any new data and reports we receive. Actioned 26 January 2026 |

Fly tipping. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Our beat officers are continuing to work with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and their wardens to deal with fly‑tipping and the concerns raised by local residents. We encourage everyone to keep reporting these issues to the council so that we can investigate and take action where possible. Actioned 26 January 2026 |

Antisocial behaviour. Issued 27 October 2025 |
Our beat officers have been working closely with local communities after receiving several reports of antisocial behaviour affecting businesses and residents. We have taken action to disrupt this behaviour, increase police visibility and improve communication with the people affected. As a result, several individuals have been given Acceptable Behaviour Agreements. These agreements set out the behaviour that must stop and what is expected going forward. They are used to help prevent further problems and encourage people to change their behaviour. Our work is ongoing, and we encourage you to contact your local beat officer to report any issues of this kind that are worrying you. Actioned 26 January 2026 |
